Basics on reversible ploughs |
The alternating plough principle is built on the fact that the furrow slice
is always turned on the same side during the ploughing of the land and it
does not depend on the direction of the work.
At the end of the field the plough turns and the tractor stands in the previous
course of the furrow.
After plough we can see plane levelled picture of the land where you cannot see a furrow. This helps to provide better planting for the next growing.
The alternating plough is economic as well, as at the end of the land we need less manoeuvring: differently from the operation of the bed plough the alternating plough do not compact the soil at the end of the land as it goes only once on this place.
