Mounted plough technologys

Link beam-headstock

The frame-headstock connection is where different adjustments are made :
Adjusting the working width of the first plough body (DEPORT)
Plough adjusting to a tractor (DEVERS).

The Gregoire-Besson Company offers every model of mounted plough in two variations so that they could be applied to every using mode of mounted plough:

  • Direct beam-frog connection

It is the simple variation, the front plough body width can be adjusted in two positions.
This decision can be applied on the farm, where the soil surface is quite plain and most of all the same type of tractors is used.
The adjustment of plough to the tractor is performed by a mechanic bar, which can be completed with an automatic working cylinder, which is advisable in the case of four or more frogs.
  • Scissor beam-frog connection

Adjustment of the front frog width (DEPORT adjustment) is performed by a mechanic bar (in option a hydraulic version can be applied).
This decision can satisfy the demands of such farms, where the soil surface is broken or they plough with tractors of different type.

Deport and devers bars depend on each other, so we can adjust any of them without adjusting the other.
This kind of beam-frog connection can provide the assemblage of the continue working width adjusting system.
